Her breakthrough came with the sports drama “Sarpatta Parambarai” (2021), where she portrayed a feisty woman from 1970s Madras. Director Pa. Ranjith discovered her through a photograph on Twitter and cast her after a twenty-minute audition. She also appeared in “Natchathiram Nagargiradhu” (2022), a romantic drama directed by Pa. Ranjith.
