The highly anticipated Tamil action entertainer Good Bad Ugly, starring Ajith Kumar, is set to hit the big screens on April 10, 2025. Ahead of its grand release, the makers have unveiled the promo of the film’s second single, God Bless U, which is slated for release on Sunday, March 30.
What makes this track stand out is the powerhouse collaboration between two of Tamil cinema’s leading music sensations—Anirudh Ravichander and GV Prakash Kumar. Anirudh has lent his vocals to this energetic number, which has been composed by GV Prakash. The lyrics are penned by Rokesh, with a rap segment performed by Paal Dabba. A promo featuring Anirudh was released on YouTube, further amplifying the excitement among fans.
Directed by Adhik Ravichandran, Good Bad Ugly marks a significant milestone in Tamil cinema, being produced by Mythri Movie Makers in their first venture into Kollywood. Alongside Ajith Kumar, the film boasts a stellar ensemble cast, including Trisha Krishnan, Prabhu, Prasanna, Arjun Das, Sunil, and Yogi Babu.

With Netflix securing the post-theatrical streaming rights for a premium deal, Good Bad Ugly is expected to be one of the biggest Tamil releases of the year.

The film boasts a strong technical team, featuring cinematographer Abinandhan Ramanujam and editor Vijay Velukutty. While Devi Sri Prasad was initially announced as the music composer, he was later replaced by GV Prakash Kumar, adding a fresh musical dimension to the film. The stunt choreography has been handled by Supreme Sundar and Kaloian Vodenicharov, ensuring adrenaline-pumping action sequences.
Initially scheduled for a Pongal release, the film went on floors in June 2024 and is now set for its much-awaited theatrical debut in April 2025.
